Client Portal
You can access Client Axcess from any browser or mobile device by going to www.clientaxcess.com
If you cannot remember your password, do the following to reset your own password from the login page. Durbin Bennett does not have the ability to alter user passwords, please select Forgot Password if you cannot remember or have not set up a password for your portal.
- Click the Forgot password link on the login page.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the characters displayed in the image in the Secure code box.
- Click or tap Next.
- Select how you would like to receive the verification code. Your options are via email, text, or by a phone call if your user profile contains a phone number.
- Click or tap Send the Code.
Note: You should receive the code within a few seconds. If you do not receive the code, click Resend. If you are receiving the code by email, the email will come from the email address: DoNotReply@cch.com so be sure to check your SPAM or Junk filters too.
- Enter your verification code on the Identity Verification screen.
- If you are on a public computer or device, clear the Trust this device for 90 days box.
- Click or tap Submit.
- Enter your password, then enter it again in the Confirm Password box. Your password must be between 8 and 32 characters and contain at least one each of the following:
- A number
- A special character
- An uppercase letter
- Click or tap Save.
Once you are in the Portal:
- Click or tap Upload or the button to add files to the portal. If you are on a desktop computer, you can also drag files into the portal.
- Click or tap a file to download it.
- Use the More Actions button for a selected file to access additional features, such as checking files out or deleting them. On a desktop computer, you must select the check box for the files you want to perform actions on before this button becomes available.
